CDM 2015 Services

We have been working with CDM Regulations since our inception and have provided CDM Services (under current CDM 2015 Regulations to include Principal Designer, Client CDM Advisor and Principal Contractor Advisor) on more than 350 construction projects. Our project portfolio includes extensive experience of working with a number of Client organisations and on projects of various sizes and complexity this currently includes projects up to and above a construction cost of £40m.

Construction Safety (incl. annual Retainer)

Our current client portfolio for Construction Safety Services consists of more than 80 construction related companies (designers, consultants and contractors) of various types and sizes who we provide annual retainer health and safety services. This excludes clients who we only provide one off services e.g. carrying out construction site health and safety inspections, preparation of construction phase plans or assistance in case of health and safety executive (HSE) intervention on site etc.

Harris Calnan

We have been working with Harris Calnan since January 2010. We act as their Health and Safety Advisor and assist with ongoing management of their Health and Safety Systems and Procedures, fortnightly Health and Safety Inspections of their sites, preparation of Building (O&M) Manuals for their projects etc.

Goodyer

Goodyer came on board as our Client in January 2011. We act as their Health and Safety Advisor and assist with their Health and Safety Documentation, undertaking monthly Health and Safety Inspections of their sites, attending Health and Safety Committee meetings, providing Training to their staff and much more.

Dove Jeffery Homes

We have been working with Dove Jeffrey Homes Ltd since September 2017. We act as their Health and Safety Advisor, assist with Health and Safety Documentation, monthly Safety Inspections of their sites, Task Specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), checking Sub-contractor Documentation and RAMS etc.

Landex

Landex are one of our earliest Clients since December 2008. We are their Competent Health and Safety Advisor and assist with their Health and Safety Documentation, monthly Safety Inspections of their sites, Construction Phase Plans (CPPs) etc and also act as Principal Designer and Client CDM Advisor for their projects.

ABACUS BUILD

Abacus became one of our Annual Retainer Clients in August 2009. We act as their Health and Safety Advisor and assist them with Health and Safety Policies and Procedures, monthly Health and Safety Visits to their sites, CHAS Accreditation, Annual Safety Audit and Fire Risk Assesment (FRA)and Construction Phase Plans CPPs) etc.

KLH Architects

KLH Architects are one of our earliest construction designer Clients since February 2009. We act as their Health and Safety Advisor and assist them with Health and Safety Policies and Procedures, Health and Safety Training for their staff, Annual Health and Safety Audit and Fire Risk Assesment (FRA) and DSE Assessments etc.

We have been working with clients such as Galliford Try, Keepmoat, Interserve, Jaysum Construction, Eyre Group, COEL, Quinn London and Harris Calnan among other clients offering them our Building (O&M) Services. So far we have provided Building (O&M) Manuals related services for more than 320 projects.
